Millerslocal came to life back in August 2010. It was never going to be a full-blown website to start with. Used to take a coupla shots after I was done surfing for the day, and was over trying to remember ou's emails addresses so that could send them their pics.
Decided it'd be far easier to just stick them all onto a website, and then the surfers could just go download them from there instead. So that's how Millerslocal.co.za came into being. It's kinda evolved from there.... Why Millerslocal? Well, it's my front yard, literally. PE might not be surf city central, but we make do with what we have, and are lucky to have a super cool local crew. So if you're a PE surfer, then this is your site - feel free to send in your photo's, thoughts, idea's, suggestions or random mutterings. Go ahead, write an article, jot some words down about your last surf trip, tell us a story....whatever. Cos local is lekker! |
