Pipe 23 Dec '10

Shew, a slow slow month for surf. Heinrich snapped a few nice one's that came through at Pipe on 23 Dec. The light wasn't so lekker, hence the grey photoshopping. He reckons the waves were knee high and there were 40 desperate souls out there scrambling for any lump that came through. Same issues out here in St Francis, crazy crowds for tiny waves. Doesn't help that peeps were chased from the water by some big ass dude with a fin that was cruising the Anne's to Main beach stretch looking for a snack. Line-ups got a bit quieter for a few days after that!
