Millerslocal came to life back in August 2010. It was never going to be a full-blown website to start with. I used to take a coupla shots here and there if I'd done surfing for the day, and I was over trying to memorise ou's emails addresses so that I could send them their pics. Cos hey, we all dig shots of us surfing right? I decided it'd be far easier if I could just stick them all onto a website, and then the surfers could just go download them from there instead. So that's how Millerslocal.co.za came into being. It's kinda evolved from there....
Why Millerslocal? Well, it's my front yard, literally. And I've surfed it almost every day it's had a wave for the past 10 years - from shin high to well overhead. I know pretty much every nook and cranny of the reef. I just haven't found the one that has my watch in it yet. But that's another story... PE might not be surf city central, but we make do with what we have, and are lucky to have a super cool local crew. So if you're a PE surfer, then this is your site - feel free to send us your photo's, thoughts, idea's, suggestions or random mutterings. Go ahead, write an article, tell us a story....whatever. Cos local is lekker! We're really grateful to have a bunch of dedicated surf photag's that bring you the eye candy you see on the site.
